Schon um 9 Uhr morgens gibt es eine Parade durch die Innenstadt...
Every year in September Eugene celebrates big through downtown,
the parade starts rather early at 9 o'clock in the Morning....

It seems to be customary to wear one's night attire to the parade, .....
Es scheint Traditions zu werden das man zur Parade im Nachthemd erscheint,

...
but before we can face the crowds we first need a hearty breakfast,
and the waitress was kind enough to take this picture of the four of us.
.... aber bevor man sich in die Menge stürtz muß erst einmal
gut gefrühstückt werden,
und die Kellnerin war so nett und hat dieses Foto von uns Vieren geknippst.
